Penny4 are a creative, digital-first production company. We make films, music videos and documentaries with some of the biggest online creatives in the UK, as well as for brands such as Instagram. Our projects have been watched by millions online, and have been recognised with Lovie Awards, Streamy Awards, and honoured in the Webbys. We want everything we produce to be high production value, shareable and original.

We are looking for a business development manager who can help us build Penny4’s client base; fostering relationships with new creative clients, and building on existing ones.

The right candidate will know the world of online content creation well, and will be able to identify internet creators looking to make higher production value content. They will also be experienced in finding and building relationships with businesses looking to bridge the gap between themselves and online audiences. They will be creative, self-motivated and able to successfully work remotely and in a startup environment.

They will be able to:

  • Develop a creative and ambitious sales and marketing strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing materials, brand and style guides, suppliers lists etc.

  • Identify new, suitable business opportunities, and seek out appropriate contacts in organisations

  • Develop long term relationships with clients for new and repeat business

  • Understand the needs of clients and be able to pitch our brand and culture to them

  • Meet with clients face to face or digitally

The job will be four days a month for an initial three months, with the potential to extend. Working remotely, London preferable. Our offices are in Elephant and Castle. Competitive pay, plus commission.
